History

The Lexington Catholic Girls Volleyball program began in 1996. Since the start of the program, LC volleyball has worked hard to become a reputable program within the city, region, and state year after year. The Lady Knights won their first 2A State Championship in 2021, have had numerous rankings in the Top 25, and maintain a competitive program within the 43rd district. There have been many players that have graduated from Lexington Catholic and continued their volleyball careers at the collegiate level. Most prominent players include McKenna Vicini (Stanford) Raegan Alexander (Morehead State), Reilly Lowe (EKU) and Julia Hatcher (Michigan State).
