The Summer Leaders Experience (SLE) is an immersive one-week program designed for current juniors (High School Class of 2025) aspiring to attend West Point. Taking place in June, participants have the unique opportunity to delve into the cadet experience by living in the barracks, dining in the mess hall, and spending the week alongside West Point's dedicated cadets. The program encompasses a comprehensive introduction to West Point's renowned academics, with students engaging in five out of seventeen academic workshops.
For more than 60 years Syracuse University’s Office of Pre-College Programs has been giving high school students the opportunity to explore potential college majors and careers in its renowned pre-college programs. Students not only learn about what it’s like to be a college student, they leave the program with more confidence, enthusiasm and a sense of being ready for college. Students can choose from over 100 courses in one of our six pre-college programs.
Wake Forest University offers pre-college online courses to help students ages 13 and older explore their interests. The summer application period is now open. Through participating in our courses, students can discover if an interest could lead to a college major or even a future career.
