Dear Coaches and Team Parents,

Thank you for taking the time to complete this form well in advance of your fundraiser! Early submissions allow us to effectively plan and coordinate fundraising efforts across the entire school community, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your team's success.

Please note that your fundraiser should not begin until you receive direct confirmation from the Athletic Director. Additionally, any promotional materials must include the correct and official school logos that align with your sport. For example, a football fundraiser should use the football logo, and a swim fundraiser should use the swim logo. You can find all official school logos in the Lexington Catholic Website Communication and Style Guide.

It is also important to ensure that your fundraiser is communicated as being presented by the Supporters of the [Team Name] (e.g., Supporters of the Basketball Team or Supporters of the Cheer Team), and not by Lexington Catholic High School. Please make sure this is clear in all your communications and promotions.
