Eligibility Requirements:

· 2023-2024 Incoming Freshman scoring at the 88th percentile or above on the Future Knight Assessment.

· Family has demonstrated financial need as determined by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Instructions:

· Review requirements and confirm eligibility before completing this application.

· Submit Future Knight Assessment Score Report.

· Apply for tuition assistance with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

· Submit Application and Future Knight Assessment Score Report to the Business Office no later than April 15, 2023.

· Award amounts vary according to the level of achievement on the Future Knight Assessment, demonstrated need and funds available.

· All awards are renewable annually as long as the student maintains a 3.2 grade point average (based on a 4.0 weighted scale) and represents himself/herself with the attitude, integrity and honor expected of all Lexington Catholic students. An award will not be renewed for any student with more than one serious offense of the student code of conduct during the past school year.

· The Smiley-Spalding Fund award will not exceed 25% of the Catholic Tuition and Fees rate for any student.
