Pathways of Emphasis

Lexington Catholic High School provides a curriculum that educates the mind, spirit, and body of all students who choose a Catholic college preparatory education. Pathways of Emphasis (POE) allow students to identify and explore areas they are interested in or passionate about to aid them in determining potential post-secondary studies.

POEs do not constrain students to a single selection of courses. Rather, during this self-discovery process, students gain skills in concentrations while following a normal course of rigorous studies. Students who complete a POE will be recognized at their graduation, and their transcript will indicate completion of a POE.
