Dr. Josh Smith teaches Band and Percussion at Lexington Catholic High School, as well as 5th grade - 8th grade Band at Mary Queen and Sts. Peter and Paul schools. Dr. Smith has been teaching music for over 20 years at the Middle School, High School, and Collegiate levels, and is passionate about helping students of all grades unlock their musical and performance potential! A native of Lexington, Dr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Kentucky, his Masters of Music Performance degree from James Madison University in Virginia, and his Doctor of Musical Arts Degree from the University of North Texas.
