I heard there’s a new selling platform—can you tell me more?
Yes! We’re using GiveSmart, a crowdfunding platform where each student creates a custom sales link. This link tracks hoagie sales in real time and is easy to share via text, email, or social media.

  • Visit the Hoagie landing page on our website
  • Click “Sell as a Student” to set up your page
  • Enter the info requested, please use an email that you will check regularly, you will need it to login and will get updates on orders
  • Click the Share button to send out your custom link via text, email, or social media
  • Friends can also purchase directly via “Buy Hoagies,” but those sales won’t update in real time and must be manually added by staff.

How do I track my sales as a student?
Once registered, you’ll have a personal hoagie sales page with a unique link to share. This link shows your real-time progress.  If buyers don’t use your link, your totals won’t reflect their purchases until staff manually update your count.

Someone bought hoagies without using my link—will I still get credit?
Yes, if they enter your name on the general purchase form, you'll get credit. However, it won’t show up instantly and will be updated manually later.

I have more than one student, can we use the same link?
In order to track sales, each student must have their own unique link, so each student will need their own unique link.

Can I still pay by check or in person?
Absolutely! While online orders are preferred, we do accept:

  • Checks made out to Lexington Catholic High School
  • Please write “Hoagies” in the memo line
  • All in-person payments and forms are due by September 4
  • Forms for this can be found at the front desk of LCHS and/or with teachers in classrooms
