The 2019 Traditional Bank Bluegrass Bowl will be played on Friday, August 30th at Joseph K. Ford Stadium, located on the campus of Lexington Catholic High School. This year’s event will showcase some of Kentucky’s best players from the Commonwealth. The 6:00 pm opening game will feature two 6A powerhouses, St. Xavier Tigers versus. Lexington Henry Clay Blue Devils. The 8:45 nightcap game will feature Indianapolis’s Thomas Carr Howe Hornets versus the Lexington Catholic Knights. Admission is $10 at the gate.
The Bluegrass Bowl was established in 1995. The Bowl’s objective is to showcase the excellent quality of high school football in the state of Kentucky and to enhance the football program at Lexington Catholic High School.
