Coach Meis has been playing tennis since the age of six and was ranked #1 n Panama for the sub 12-16-18 division. As an athlete she represented Panama internationally and was nominated for the Beijing Olympics. With a full scholarship Coach Meis was the #1 and captain on her college tennis team at Midway University, earned ITF points, and was a Fed Cup tennis player. As a coach, she has years of experience teaching athletes of all ages, serving as both an assistant coach and interim head coach at the high school level. Coach Meis says this about her coaching philosophy "I have a passion for helping athletes improve skills and develop abilities - both physical and mental."
