Camp Description: Lexington Catholic Soccer Camp is led by LC's varsity coaching staff and student-athletes. Campers will learn new skills through games and drills designed for the player's skill level while developing a deeper knowledge and love of the game.

Volleyball Camp (Grades 3rd - 8th) | 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM | May 28 - 31
Head Coach: Jeff Kaufmann
Camp Description: Lexington Catholic is hosting a camp for girls, grades 3rd - 8th, led by LC coaches and players. This camp is open to all levels of players and each camper will receive instruction on fundamental skills, with a focus on positions, defense, offense, and competitive play.

What to Bring: All campers should be dressed in comfortable athletic wear and bring a water bottle. Players are to wear tennis shoes. All other equipment is optional. Each camper will receive a t-shirt.
Football Camp (Grades K - 8th) | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | June 3 - 6

Camp Description: This camp gives young football players an opportunity to learn techniques and fundamentals from the Lexington Catholic Football coaching staff and players. Campers will run through drills with a focus on positions, defense, offense and competitive play.

Basketball Camp (Grades K- 8th, CO-ED) | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | June 10 - 13

Camp Description: Lexington Catholic Basketball Camps are led by LC's boys and girls coaching staff and student-athletes. Basic skills such as shooting, passing, ball handling and defense will be covered along with games and scrimmages.

Camp Description: The Lexington Catholic Archery is a beginner level archery camp for those wanting to learn about the sport. You'll have fun with others learning for the first time and might surprise yourself with how fast you can be good at this popular sport.

Engineering Camp (Grades 7th - 8th) | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | May 28 - 31
Instructor: Greg Jacobelli
Camp Description: Student engineers will tear into the inner workings of a rocket engine and dive into what makes electronics so cool. All you need to bring is your curiosity and willingness to make some mistakes with a goal in mind. Camper will learn how to solve problems by planning and designing a solution. Work will be done with simple circuits, common household chemicals and 3-D printers.

College Essay Boot Camp | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM | June 3 -6
Instructor: Timothy Carter
Camp Description: We invite incoming seniors to attend this summer's College Essay Boot Camp! During this four-day workshop, students will learn to generate ideas, tell an authentic story, and reveal themselves as the unique candidates they are.
Students will:
- Learn the elements of a stellar application essay.
- Study sample essays
- Complete a personal inventory of their experiences
- Brainstorm potential topics and write a rough draft
- Identify and strength their unique writing voice
- Receive detailed grammar instruction and a self-editing guide
- Work one-on-one with the instructor to craft their essays
At the end, students will come away with a powerful and polished essay that will stand out from the pool of applicants and capture the attention of the admission committee.

Camp Description: Summer sunshine art - Your child will spend a week in a summer art camp that is a creative environment for young artists to explore and express their imagination. Campers will engage in summer theme activities and will create art using objects from the great outdoors to painting with vibrant summer colors. Brings your shades and flip flops and be ready to create summertime art Lexington Catholic!

Camp Description: The LCHS Art Camp is open to boys and girls who enjoy art and want to improve their skills! This four-day camp is tailored to middle school age kids with their evolving interests and abilities. This camp is designed to allow young artists to flourish and connect with their peers.

CSI Camp | Grades 5th - 12th) | 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM | June 3 -6
Instructor: Cynthia Smith
Camp Description: CSI Camp aims to develop your child's interest in forensics science. By using investigative techniques and scientific methods, your child will learn how to solve the mysteries behind crime scenes. We will focus on evidence collection, such as fingerprints, tire and shoe impressions, trace evidence, DNA analysis, blood splatter analysis, firearms and ballistics.

Functional Fitness (Grades 4th - 12th) | 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM | June 10 - 13
Instructor: Cynthia Smith and Nigel Smith
Camp Description: Functional Fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulation common movements you might do at home. Functional fitness helps the development of young people to develop their general body strength while establishing core strength, mobility, flexibility and coordination. A variety of exercises, including weight training and plyometrics, and skills will be presented, demonstrated, and taught to the appropriate level of all campers. No experience is needed.

Algebra Boot Camp | 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM | June 17, 18 & 20, 21
Instructor: Courtney Bowman
Camp Description: Algebra Boot Camp is a 4-day camp designed to enhance your students' skills. We will explore solving equations, graphing, solving systems of equations, and more! This camp is geared towards incoming freshman and students who will be going into Algebra 2 and need a refresher!
