Dive Coach Jamie Palumbo

Jamie grew up diving at Lexington Country Club and then dove for Mike and Emily Lyden in high school for the Kentucky Diving Club. He has coached in the Central Kentucky Swim Conference for 15 years and this will be his 10th year coaching high school. Jamie started coaching at the Kentucky Diving Club under Mike Lyden and now coaches under Ted Hautau. Jamie is a certified USA Diving Coach, certified AAU Diving Coach, certified NFHS Diving Coach, certified KHSAA Swimming/Diving Official and the KHSAA Region 3 Diving Referee. He was voted KHSAA Region 3 Dive Coach of the year for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. He has also been voted the 2009, 2010 and 2011 KHSAA Outstanding Girls Dive Coach as well as the 2011 KHSAA Outstanding Boys Dive Coach for the state of Kentucky.
