Bio

Bob Griggs began teaching at Lexington Catholic in the Fall of 1992.  Subjects he has taught at LC have been Algebra 1, Geometry, Honors Geometry, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra 2, Topics in Math, Study Skills, and Keyboarding.  Mr. Griggs earned his BS degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Mathematics and Computer Science Teaching.  He earned his Masters Degree from Georgetown College in Secondary Mathematics Education.  He was the Head Softball Coach for 19 years (1993-2011), an Assistant Football Coach for 13 years (1992-2001, 2011-2013),  an Assistant Baseball Coach for 2 years (2012-2013), and an Assistant Athletic Director for 10 years (2012-2021).  Bob has 2 children (Lindsay, Class of 2011 and Joey, Class of 2015).  When he is not performing his school duties, he enjoys many outdoor activities such as golf, biking, and hiking.
