Bio

Hello I am Anne Edelen. This is my first year at Lexington Catholic but my 8th year in science education. This is my second career. I am also a dental hygienist and still practice in the summers as a sub.

I am a graduate of Boyle County High School, Lexington Community College dental hygiene program, Campbellsville University with a degree in biology, and Liberty University with a Masters in Education.

I am married to Sam Edelen and have two children-Bailey age 20 and Gracie age 16. My family relocated to Frankfort from Lebanon Ky. My teaching experience includes 1 year as a sub at Marion County High School, 3 years at St. Augustine Catholic School, 1 year at Scott Co High School and the past 3 years at Frankfort High School.

My hobbies include watching my children play sports, running, going to the gym, and playing with my 3 dogs-Charlie, Marley, and Louie and of course rooting on the UK Wildcats.

I feel blessed to be back in the private school sector and I look forward to meeting all of you.
