Eligibility Requirements:

· 2022-2023 Incoming Freshman scoring at the 90th national percentile (Composite) or above on the Scholastic Testing Service High School Placement Test

· Family has demonstrated financial need as determined by FACTS

Instructions:

· Review requirements and confirm eligibility before completing this application.

· Submit Scholastic Testing Service High School Placement Test Report.

· Apply for tuition assistance with FACTS.

· Submit Application and Scholastic Testing Service High School Placement Test Report to the Business Office no later than April 15, 2022.

· Award amounts vary according to the level of achievement on the Scholastic Testing Service High School Placement Test, demonstrated need and funds available.

· All awards are renewable annually as long as the student maintains a 3.2 grade point average (based on a 4.0 weighted scale) and represents himself/herself with the attitude, integrity and honor expected of all Lexington Catholic students. An award will not be renewed for any student with more than one serious offense of the student code of conduct during the past school year.

· The Smiley-Spalding Fund award will not exceed 25% of the Catholic Tuition and Fees rate for any student.
