The Premier KY High School Girls’ Soccer Tournament!

History of the Cup

The past five years have seen a Lexington tournament that brings together some of the best teams in the state, early in the soccer season. The 2005 Cup was no exception, with top teams playing in an awesome 6-day tournament at Joseph K. Ford Stadium on the Lexington Catholic campus. Sacred Heart had won the Cup every year, until 2006 State Champion Highlands team won in 2006. 2007 saw the Lady Knights take the Cup. Due to weather last year, the Cup was shortened, and even through an awful wind storm knocking out the power in Louisville, Sacred Heart came away with the win.
