High School Placement Test
- Placement Exam: Saturday, November 12, 2011

The Placement Exam is NOT an entrance exam, it is an exam used to see what classes are most appropriate for an incoming freshman student. Assessment results for the High School Placement Test will be mailedto parents in early December. All students will receive a performance profile listing individual scores and local and national percentiles. Acceptance Letters - January
Acceptance letters will be mailed to the class of 2016.
Freshman Orientation - March 28, 2012
Incoming Freshmen orientation will be held on March 28, 2012, at 7:00 p.m.. Each student and his/her parents will be presented with a "Program of Studies" plan for the Freshman year. Each individual student’s results from the placement test will have been used by the varying departments for appropriate placement. There will be other pertinent information given at orientation by the President, the Principal, the Student Council, the Dean of Students, etc.
Summer 2012
Final schedules with time and teacher assignments will be mailed to all incoming Freshmen along with information regarding book day and the start of the fall semester.
High School 101
This is a course offered each summer for incoming freshmen. It gives students the chance to take a class at LCHS, get to know other incoming freshmen and get more comfortable on campus before classes start. Download the registration form for High School 101
