Bill Letton has 20 years experience in secondary education. He brings a diverse list of experiences to the Guidance Office, having taught courses in language arts, economics, social studies and media classes; he has served as head football coach at four Kentucky high schools, and he holds an administrative degree in educational leadership in addition to his certification in guidance and counseling. Bill has been the freshman counselor at Lexington Catholic High School since the spring of 2006.

Erika Smith worked in college admissions for thirteen years before coming to Lexington Catholic High School.  Over the course of her admissions career she has served as the Director of Admission at Lexington Theological Seminary, Berea College and Midway College.  She also spent several years in the admissions department at Transylvania University.   Mrs. Smith’s primary role is to work with seniors and their parents as they navigate the college admissions process.

Natalee McDowell has 10 + years working with children and families. She brings a wide range of experience and talents to Lexington Catholic High School. She has worked in Sales and Marketing, as an Outpatient Clinician, a Case Manager, School Social Worker and Guidance Counselor during her career. Ms. McDowell will work with juniors assisting with scheduling and administering both the PLAN Test and PSAT.
