Rhonda Cassiday spent sixteen years as a secondary guidance counselor at Danville High School before joining Lexington Catholic High School in August 2002. Prior to that she taught special education for eight years. Ms. Cassiday is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky and holds national certification. Her primary duties include personal counseling, postsecondary planning, and testing.

Bill Letton has 18 years experience in secondary education. He brings a diverse list of experiences to the Guidance Office, having taught courses in language arts, economics, social studies and media classes; he has served as head football coach at four Kentucky high schools, and he holds an administrative degree in educational leadership in addition to his certification in guidance and counseling. Bill has been the freshman counselor at Lexington Catholic High School since the spring of 2006.

Natalee McDowell has 10 + years working with children and families.  She brings a wide range of experience and talents to Lexington Catholic High School.  She has worked in Sales and Marketing, as an Outpatient Clinician, a Case Manager, School Social Worker and Guidance Counselor during her career.  Ms. McDowell will work with sophomores assisting with scheduling and administering both the PLAN Test and PSAT.
