Culinary Club

Mission:  to learn and share sustainable cooking skills in order to share good food with each other and the greater community.

Activities: members of the club learnt how to prepare some basic but tasty meals by cooking once a week in the afternoon.

During the first semester, the culinary club collaborated with the art club to provide meals for the "Streets to a Home"  Catholic Action Center project.  This project culminated in a silent auction fundraiser with the culinary club member serving food provided by Joe Bologna's.

In the second semester, the culinary club again provided meals for the art club and CAC community  project whose fundraiser was the "Empty Bowls" soup and bowl evening.
