Bio

Mr. Lee Tegt teaches in both the Social Studies and Science departments at Lexington Catholic. Along with teaching Mr. Tegt works in the athletic office and is a coach for the girls basketball program.

Lee is a 2011 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Secondary History Education. While completing his Master of Arts Degree in Education Lee studied in Costa Rica with local schools on education and instruction techniques as well as participating in an international research project studying Leatherback sea turtle nesting habits along the Pacurare River and Caribbean Coast.

Before coming to Lexington Catholic Lee Tegt taught World Civilization and American History at George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester.
