We expect your family to be very interested in the activities of Lexington Catholic, improvements in our academic programs and your student's personal growth and developments. Lexington Catholic is a community of caring parents and teachers who demonstrate this commitment through involvement in the life of the school. Communication at Lexington Catholic is a two-way street. We want to hear from you, and we intend to communicate with you regularly about your school.
Tuition
Incoming Freshmen
Placement Test - January All incoming Freshmen must take the Scholastic Testing Service’s High School Placement Test, on January 19th 2008 at Lexington Catholic High School, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please contact the Admissions Office if you were unable to attend on this date.
Acceptance Letters - February/March Acceptance letters will be mailed to class of 2012.
A registration form must be completed by March 28th with the non-refundable registration fee of $175.00. The fee will be $275.00 as of April 7, 2008.
Freshman Orientation - April Incoming Freshmen orientation will be held on April 23rd, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.. Each student and his/her parents will be presented with a "Program of Studies" plan for the Freshman year. Each individual student’s results from the placement test will have been used by the varying departments for appropriate placement. There will be other pertinent information given at orientation by the President, the Principal, the Student Council, the Dean of Students, etc.
Summer Final schedules with time and teacher assignments will be mailed to all incoming Freshmen along with information regarding book day and the start of the fall semester.
Registration Process - Current Students
A registration form must be completed by March 28th with the non-refundable registration fee of $175.00. The fee will be $275.00 as of April 7, 2008. Current students also need to submit a new immunization certificate, addressed to the Registrar's office, as needed. Notices are sent to the parent when a child needs to have an update of his certificate.
Transfer Students
Transfer students meet with Susie Fryer, Director of Admissions, during the spring or summer before enrollment. They review their high school transcripts, plan a program of studies that will fulfill the graduation requirements, tour the building, and meet with staff members. The registration form and a registration fee must be received before students may be enrolled and have their schedules run.
