Automatic Tuition Withdrawal
"Don't Write That Check" / "Stop Writing Checks"
Lexington Catholic High School offers an alternative way to pay your tuition and book fee. LCHS will allow parents to use automatic payments. Each family can save time and money with automatic payments.
Automatic Tuition and Book Fee Withdrawal can:
Ø Reduce the time spent writing checks and mailing payments.
Ø Eliminate the cost of checks, envelopes and postage.
Ø Eliminate the possibility of lost or miss directed payments.
Ø Eliminate the need for special arrangements when you are out of town.
Ø Offer greater convenience over checks and avoids last minute rush to pay tuition.
Ø All parents that signup, will pay tuition and book fee over twelve monthly payments instead of ten.
12 Monthly Payments:
Supporting Parish Members:
One child $554.17 per month*
Two children $1,104.17 per month*
Three children $1,650.00 per month*
All Others (Non-Supporting Parish Members):
One child $683.34 per month*
Two children $1,362.50 per month*
Three children $2,037.50 per month*
How does it work?
All you have to do is complete the enclosed Debit Authorization form and attach a voided check from the account that you wish to have the payment debited from each month. Once you return, the completed form to us, you no longer have to worry about writing that monthly check.
12 monthly payments: On June 15th, your 1st tuition and book fee payment will be automatically debited from your checking or savings account. On July 5th and each month there after, your tuition and book fee payment will be automatically debited from your account. Your monthly account statement from your bank will show a detailed description of the transaction.
The deadline to sign up for Automatic Tuition and Book Fee Withdrawal is May 15, 2008. If you are interested in using the Automatic Withdrawal, please complete the attached form and return by the deadline to:
